Blending Persian musical tradition with Western classical harmony. Writing for ensembles, film, and theatre.
Born in Iran, now based in Tilburg — I compose music that lives at the intersection of Persian melodic tradition and Western classical structure.
My work explores memory, displacement, and human impermanence through sound. I write for chamber ensembles, wind bands, soprano, and small orchestras, and have scored films internationally.
My piece No Place for Beginners for wind band was recently premiered by De Orthense Harmonie at Perron 3, Rosmalen — produced by Frank van Osch. I study Classical Composition at Fontys Conservatory under Anthony Fiumara.
Nominated for Best Short Film Music at the Paris Short Film Festival (2022). Performed at November Music Festival (2024) and Muziekgebouw Eindhoven (2025).
